Business, Law, and Technology offerings at The Colleges of Law provide highly flexible and customizable academic pathways designed to meet the needs of a wide range of legal and law-related professionals at different stages of their careers. 

Consisting of professional courses, professional certificate programs, and a legal master’s degree program, the Business, Law, and Technology learning pathways are flexible, modular, and provide an opportunity for you to customize your academic experience to your own unique needs.

Legal courses, professional certificates, or a master’s degree are yours to customize. 

  • Enroll in one or two courses to gain advanced knowledge in a particular area; 
  • Complete four courses to earn a professional certificate;
  • Earn a master’s degree; 
  • Or fulfill MCLE requirements

Apply credits from individual or certificate courses to the master’s degree program to earn your Master of Business, Law, and Technology degree. The master’s program offers four concentrations to fit your career objectives: Business Operations, Entrepreneurship, Emerging Law, or Technology.

Combine four professional courses to earn a professional certificate in only eight months. Professional certificates from The Colleges of Law provide proof that you are dedicated to growing your legal skill set and can open doors to future career opportunities. Professional certificates are available in Business Operations, Entrepreneurship, Emerging Law, or Technology.

Begin by expanding your knowledge with eight-week professional courses on subjects such as Regulation and Compliance, Introduction to Startup Law, Technology for Legal Professionals, or other in-demand areas of emerging law. 

Working lawyers may also fulfill their MCLE requirements with select professional courses at The Colleges of Law. 

Licensure: Except as provided in rule 4.30 of the Admissions Rules (Legal Education in a foreign state or country), completion of a professional law degree program at this law school other than for the Juris Doctor degree does not qualify a student to take the California Bar Examination or satisfy the requirements for admission to practice law in California.
