I am interested in the intersection of the law and policy as they relate to concepts of Constitutional rights of liberty, equality, and privacy, which find expression in practical application of the law in areas including Business Associations, Real Property, and Constitutional law. I am a harsh critic of injustice in all of its forms.
My practice of law includes both transactional and litigation areas of the law, primarily focused on business and commercial ventures. I am licensed in both California and Massachusetts and have worked in large and small law firms, as a General Counsel for a public company, and as a Division Chief for the Office of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The practice of the law is my second career, having served in elected office while living in Ohio.
